The Italian Super Market- offers a selection of quality foods as diverse as
the flavor’s that are savored in Italian cuisine. We cater to customers
who are looking for a taste of authentic Italian pizza from our traditional
wood-burning oven. Freshly made Italian sausages from the deli. The market has
over 60 varieties of olive oils to select from. 70 or more varieties of espressos
not to mention our espresso bar! The Italian super market carries a large selection
of Mediterranean foods, from balsamic vinegars to your favorite cookies or imported
canned tomatoes from Italy. The Italian Super Market has it all!

Italian Super Market is a family run business established in 1963. We
have been at our current location for more than 25 years.
Second generation, Emilio DiGaeta, his sisters, Emilio's sons: Marco and Joe, and their nonna (grandmother) Filomena. The DiGaeta family, along with close friends can be found behind the counters at the market. Ready to serve you with a smile.
We take pride in our selection and service. We feel it is important to build a rapport with our customers. Our market staff is happy to help answer questions and educate our customers to help them better appreciate Italian foods with any budget.

9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday - Friday
9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturdays
10:00 am to 5:00 pm Sundays
On Saturday mornings the Italian Supper Market stokes up it's authentic wood burning oven and produces some of the best home-made pizza you will every taste in the Calgary area! (Unless you travel to Italy)
The Di Gaeta family offers this small taste of Italy to the community and has been a market tradition for over 17 years.
Pull up a chair to one of many tables at the market, then and enjoy a pizza ! Or stop by on Saturdays and place a take out order while you shop.
Be warned! We only make our pizzas on Saturdays and we keep the oven going only until 4 p.m.
Our friendly market staff will be happy to make a fresh pizza right on the spot! The Italian Super Market custom makes any size or type of pizza just to your liking. Choose from our many fresh toppings.

Nonna Filomena makes all the market lunches and prepared specialty foods, in store. You have to taste Nonna's homemade dishes! Now that's Italian!
